According to Platonic thought, Perfection is the state in which change is no longer needed or necessary. But, since change itself is unchanging, thus is considered constant and unchanging, then therefore, Change itself is Perfection following Platonic logic in which perfection is the state where change is no longer needed, where change is constant and unchanging and is consistent throughout the universe.
